Volunteers are need for the Duck Banding Project in Stillwater NWR for the following dates:
August 30th
September 6th
There is a limit of 5 volunteers per day. If you wish to help with duck removal from the traps, please bring your own waders.
Participants need to gather at the kiosk turnout at Stillwater NWR by 6:30 am, and wait for NDOW personnel to lead the caravan to the duck traps.
This is a private opportunity, and not listed on the NDOW website.
Volunteers must register and sign waivers to participate.
